Energetic Attunement

This is a unique blend of Usui Reiki, Shamanic Wisdom and Healing Hands. Usui Reiki is Japanese energy work from the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui. Healing Hands is Native American energy work that has been passed on through ceremonies & Native American traditions for over 10,000 years. 
The session involves light touch on top of clothing. As the client lays comfortably on the heated table, they may achieve a meditative state while receiving this energy work. This is a recalibration of the body's energetic field.

Body Contouring

Medicupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. Medicupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. This specialized treatment is to soften and move stagnant lymph and congestion throughout the entire body. For best results, this is a series of 8 appointments, 60 or 90 minutes long. You will receive a full cupping treatment to your body, followed by a unique blend of essential oils to achieve specific effects (fat dissolving, toning, diuretic, anti-cellulite blends). 

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Yoga Private

A 60 minute private yoga session tailored to that specific clients' needs and goals. 

Astrology Natal Chart Reading

When each individual is born, there is a unique energetic imprint on your soul at the exact moment of your birth based on where the planets were in the sky at that precise moment. This imprint can help you better understand yourself on an energetic level, as well as how energy works with you specifically. A natal chart is a screenshot of the sky at this exact moment. During this interpretation, I will review these placements and their meanings with you. 

For exact planetary placements and aspects, your birth date, time, and location are necessary. All appointments are held via Zoom.

Add-On: Medicupping Therapy $10

Medicupping is a non-invasive system of vacuum therapy. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and fascial restrictions, encourage blood and lymph flow, and sedate the nervous system providing a deeply relaxed state. Plan on avoiding temperature extremes, rigorous activity, exercise or heavy lifting for 4-6 hours after your session. If you have any implants (pacemaker, insulin pump, IUD, etc), or have had lymph nodes removed, you may not be a candidate for this treatment.

Add-On: Warm Hydrocollator Packs $10

Add moist-heat hydrocollator packs to your session. Moist heat is considered more effective than traditional dry heat and reaches deeper muscles. It can help ease joint or muscle pain before your bodywork session.

Add-On: Post-Session Quiet Time

Give yourself the luxury of an additional 20 minutes on the warm table. Your hands-on session will end at your scheduled time, but you get an additional 20 minutes of time to enjoy the relaxation and meditative state achieved by your bodywork session. You'll be notified with a light knock on the door when your additional time is up, and it's time for your appointment to end.

Add-On: Scalp Massage

Add an additional 15 minute scalp massage at the end of your bodywork session. Enjoy the benefits of releasing the connective tissue surrounding the face, base of the neck, and scalp, improving circulation and lymphatic flow.

Add-On: Aromatherapy $10

Your choice of essential oil added into your lotion for your session. Essential Oil Options: Lavender, Orange, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree & Peppermint.

Add-On: CBD Ointment $5

Enjoy the benefits of CBD Clinic Level 5 applied to any areas of injury or soreness. Please note ingredients- Camphor, clove oil, cotton seed oil, eucalyptus oil, hemp extract (CBD), jojoba oil, menthol, peppermint oil, tea tree oil.
