Intuitive Healing Session
This is hands-on bodywork that incorporates multiple techniques. This session is an intuitive blend of manual therapy (massage techniques and modalities) and energy work (fusion of Usui Reiki, Shamanic wisdom, and Native American Healing Hands). Each session is tailored to the individual. This is a complete treatment of body, mind, and soul.
Energetic Attunement
This is a unique blend of Usui Reiki, Shamanic Wisdom and Healing Hands. Usui Reiki is Japanese energy work from the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui. Healing Hands is Native American energy work that has been passed on through ceremonies & Native American traditions for over 10,000 years.
The session involves light touch on top of clothing. As the client lays comfortably on the heated table, they may achieve a meditative state while receiving this energy work. This is a recalibration of the body's energetic field.
Body Contouring
Medicupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. Medicupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. This specialized treatment is to soften and move stagnant lymph and congestion throughout the entire body. For best results, this is a series of 8 appointments, 60 or 90 minutes long. You will receive a full cupping treatment to your body, followed by a unique blend of essential oils to achieve specific effects (fat dissolving, toning, diuretic, anti-cellulite blends).
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Yoga Private
A 60 minute private yoga session tailored to that specific clients' needs and goals.
Astrology Natal Chart Reading
When each individual is born, there is a unique energetic imprint on your soul at the exact moment of your birth based on where the planets were in the sky at that precise moment. This imprint can help you better understand yourself on an energetic level, as well as how energy works with you specifically. A natal chart is a screenshot of the sky at this exact moment. During this interpretation, I will review these placements and their meanings with you.
